The requirement is for a skilled Operations Manager with experience in managing intellectual capital and resources in a flat structured, performance focused environment. Skills & experience

With the ability to directly impact on and influence the capability of the company in achieving its strategic objectives this role requires core competencies in managing a P&L, planning strategically and evaluating ongoing performance. With a high degree of accountability the ability to succeed and thrive within this position will rely on a historic solid foundation of training and experience within a structured yet complex corporate environment. MBA will be an advantage but experience will have a greater influence on an applicant’s success.
